The best way to get to PubMed through the SPH Library's website is to start at the SPH Library homepage and then select PubMed from the top navigation. See below:
This way you will have the proper links in PubMed that authenticates you for the full-text. See the research guide here on how to use the authenticator login called OpenAthens, which is what you will use to get the full-text of articles you find in PubMed.
