How do I access an article from a journal that the SPH library does not subscribe to?

Try the TMC library. You can enter the title of the article in the search box on their homepage. You will be prompted to authenticate. 

If neither the SPH or the TMC libraries have access to your journal, you can request it via interlibrary loan. First time users of this service, must create an account and register.
