I want to characterize the Mexican population ( that live in Mexico) in a matter of population, ethnicity, health status and compare the same

I want to characterize the Mexican population ( that live in Mexico) in a matter of population, ethnicity, health status and compare the same characters to the USA population in general and specifically to the Mexican Americans. My Question is from can I get this information. which website, books can provide me this information.
