where is the cochrane library?

I am looking at a ppt by Helena VonVille directing students to check the Cochrane Library. I'm wondering how to access it and if its available on the UTSPH library website. I don't see any way to access it on that website. Any insight would be most welcome. thank you!

You can find it listed in the databases a-z link from the library webpage which is listed alphabetically.
