We have a link on the SPH Library page to search for eJrnls & eBks.  I did a quick search:

http://tq5wt9yw2k.search.serialssolutions.com/?L=TQ5WT9YW2K&v=1.0&n=100&c=Obstetrics+%26+Gynecology&s=AC_T_B&tab=JOURNALS

and was able to find the journal from ScienceDirect.
