Answer

We don't have any way to translate the articles.  PubMed and Medlineplus contain citations to articles written in a variety of languages, not just English.  The abstracts are in English, but not the articles.  You can limit your search to English only in both. To do so in PubMed, go to Limits and check the box next to English. In Ovid Medline, check the box nextbto English in the area below where you input your search text.
